Practical Training for A.M.Ae.S.I.

To expose Aeronautical Engineering students to new Technology and Practical aspects of the Aviation field, the Aeronautical Society of India itself arranges practical training at organisations like INDIAN AIRLINES, AIR INDIA, HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS Ltd. etc. at centres like Delhi, Mumbai, Indor, Calcutta, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ozar for a period of 4 to 6 months on 'No Cost Payment' basis.

Job Prospects

The placement cell of the Academy will be in touch with various organisatios and circulate the bio-data of the students (of final semester) in order to get them job. Job opportunities of A.M.Ae.S.I. students are,

AIR INDIA BRITISH AEROSPACE JAGSON AIRLINES Ltd.
INDIAN AIRLINES SAHARA AIRLINES INDIAN OIL CORP. Ltd.
AIR WORKS INDIA DRDO, ADA, NAL JET AIRWAYS

In case of Aeronautical Engg., the job prospects are much brighter than other Engg. branches , negligible number of Engg. Colleges are awarded B.E. (Aeronautical) and also there are so many Airlines started their own operations, which is a potential factor for better job prospectus.
